Our philosophy
As we all know, success always has many fathers. This is also the case with our family business, which has been in existence for over 75 years. However, the most important success factor for our constant development and continuous growth is you, our many satisfied customers, many of whom are long-standing and loyal. To ensure that this remains the case in the future, we are constantly thinking about how we can further optimize our quality and our diverse range of services. One example of this is our excellent service. Whether one of your machines needs an urgent repair, you require an important spare part or need other help - we are always there for you!

1931
Since the end of the 19th century, the Stade family's ancestors have been offering workshop services for farmers at Weseler Straße 75. In 1931, Felix Stade founded a blacksmith's workshop.
1941
At the time, the business offered the sale and repair of agricultural machinery and equipment as well as farriery. The entire working day of Felix Stade and his two journeymen took place in the workshop at the forge and behind the anvil. In 1941, the now 14-year-old only son Bernhard Stade began his apprenticeship in the company, after which he passed his master blacksmith's examination on April 4, 1955.
1950
In the 1950s, we expanded our range to include the construction of trailers and manure spreaders. Since 1978, we have also been offering the construction of grinding plants. The photo shows Michael Stade on a Pöttinger MEX 5 disk wheel forage harvester. The carrier vehicle, also known as the "MEX MOBIL", was built in our own workshop in 1980.
1960
The first son, Michael Stade, was born in 1960. He began his apprenticeship as an agricultural machinery mechanic in 1975 and has been running the company since 1996. Together with his younger brother Georg, he is the third generation in the family business. Bernhard Stade carried out the first contract work for progressive farmers in the immediate vicinity in 1963 with a combine harvester for grain harvesting.
1967
Since around 1967, we have been able to present machines for TÜV approval. However, as at least 25 tractors had to be ready for the inspection before the inspector would go out, only one TÜV inspection took place per year in the early years.
1988
Since 1988, we have also been selling and repairing forestry and gardening equipment. From 1940 to 1989, we were able to offer training to one apprentice every year. Since 1990, we have given an average of two apprentices a year this opportunity. The steady development of the company is also reflected in the structural measures. The original workshop was renovated when Bernhard Stade took over in 1959 and extended in 1978, 1986, 1992 and 1996.
2010
Since spring 2010, the traditional mechanical engineering and metalworking departments have been located on 3650 m², whereby today our team can also fulfill very special and individual customer requests.
2013
2013 New construction and conversion of the agricultural machinery and small equipment workshop, the warehouse and the exhibition area
2018
2018 Construction of a new 5000 m² machine hall. Felix and Julia Stade join the next generation of the family business.
2021
In 2021, we commissioned a PV system with a total output of 405 kWp. This electricity will now be used for our own power supply, which will enable us to save around 180 tons of CO2 per year. Thanks to the PV system, we will be able to cover a large part of our electricity consumption with renewable energy in future.
Today
Today, we are an up-and-coming company with over 80 employees and a wide range of products and services that are well equipped to meet new challenges.
